This website is operated by Lumenhouse. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

Products: we make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and natural material variation.

 

Pricing and payment: all prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure checkout.

 

Order acceptance: your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order in the rare case of a pricing or stock error.

Liability: nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
