Asking about an order

Have your order number to hand — it's in your confirmation email and looks like #1001. We can tell you exactly where your parcel is, change the delivery address if it hasn't been dispatched yet, or start a return for you.

Something arrived damaged or faulty

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — you won't have to argue for it.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email us first and we'll send you the return details. See our refund policy for the full terms.

Where we are

Lumenhouse is an online-only shop, so there's no counter to visit. Everything is handled by email, which means you get a written record of whatever we agree.
