How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 24–48 hours of dispatch anywhere in mainland UK, with tracking updates the whole way.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, plus a message at every stage: dispatched, out for delivery, and delivered.

What's your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Returns are free if the item arrived damaged or faulty. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Do you deliver across the whole UK?

We deliver across mainland UK. For the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, delivery may take a little longer — we'll confirm the timing by email.

How do I use my discount code?

Enter your code at checkout in the "Discount code" box before completing payment. New customers can use WELCOME15 for 15% off their first order.

What if my furniture arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a couple of photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
