We aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, standard delivery across mainland UK takes 24–48 hours and is free of charge.

 

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, followed by automatic updates at every key stage — dispatched, out for delivery, and delivered — so you always know exactly where your order is.

 

Some larger items may require a two-person delivery service or a slightly longer delivery window. If that applies to your order, we'll let you know by email as soon as it's placed.

 

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at lumenhouse.uk@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier right away.
